GODA GALA DIYAMBA – NAPOLIAN REEF

GODA GALA DIYAMBA – NAPOLIAN REEF

Goda Gala Diyamba dive site is another one on the top of our list due to the suitability for all level experienced divers and the quantity of Napoleon (Humphead) fish we can see here. This species is one of the largest reef fishes in the world and the largest member of wrasse family. Their magnificent appearance of fleshy lips and a hump over the head (similar to a Napoleon hat) is what makes this a fascinating, interesting dive for most underwater explorers.

We can also find a vast variety of other reef fish and those such as Turtles, Sting Rays, Groupers, Moray eels, slugs and sea plants. During our last diving season we had the amazing opportunity to see Whale Sharks and Manta Rays on this dive.

Goda Gala Diyamba is naturally made from rocky reefs and allows guests to dive up to 18 meters deep, with a short 10 minute boat ride to the destination.
