Galapita Gala is one of our beautiful cave dive sites located perfectly at our home of Unawatuna, accommodating just a short 15 minute boat ride from Sun Diving centre. This cave was naturally created by Mother Earth and what you will see are rocks upon rocks and a stunning 3m/9ft long cave to glide through while exploring the habitants of this enclosure, namely Slugs, Sponge and Sea worms, Sting Rays, Blue Ring Angel Fish and Lion Fish. Divers can also find black, soft and fan corals.
The minimum depth of this dive site is 15 meters with a maximum of 25 meters, therefore all experience level divers can join this wonderful dive.
