Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Scuba Diving, Snorkeling and PADI Courses

Please read this policy carefully as it will provide you with detailed information about the necessary conditions when cancelling your booking with us.

When booking any of our services online you will be charged 10% of the total activity fee. The remaining balance will be paid following your attendance to us at the dive centre.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the 10% advanced payment of your booking that you will complete through our website.

  1. General Conditions
    This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by us, including but not limited to scuba diving activities, discover scuba diving, snorkeling, and PADI courses such as PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, and all other PADI courses.
  2. Cancellations
    Cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to our official email address. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
  3. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
    If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund of your payment minus a 5% administration fee.
    b. If you cancel within the last 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you will not be entitled to a refund.
    This is due to the allocation of staff, equipment, and resources that were reserved for your booking. Please note that this applies to partial and full cancellations.
  4. No Shows
    Failure to arrive at the designated location for the scheduled activity is treated as a last-minute cancellation and will result in the full charge with no eligibility for a refund.
  5. Unforeseen Circumstances
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other serious circumstances that could affect your safety, we reserve the right to cancel the activities. If such a situation occurs, we will make every effort to provide an alternative arrangement or reschedule.
    If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  6. Inability to Complete Activities or PADI Courses
    If a student is unable to complete any of the PADI courses due to any reason, including but not limited to ear equalizing, medical conditions, panic, anxiety, or other circumstances, no refunds are allowed but you may be able to reschedule.
    b. If a guest is unable to complete the full scope of their booked scuba diving, snorkeling, or activity for any reason, there are no refunds allowed but you may be able to reschedule.
  7. Acknowledgement
    By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us prior to booking.
